Beta Disclaimer

This document serves as notice that the RoleRole service you are accessing is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Pilot Program offered in a beta stage. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to the inherent risks and limitations outlined below.

1. Service Limitations and Instability

The Service is provided "as is." You may experience bugs, connection issues, or unexpected downtime due to server load (Supabase/Zoom).
Features: Some advertised features (e.g., advanced Rolly AI reports, dynamic matching) may be partially manual or simplified during this Pilot phase.
Data Integrity: There is a heightened risk of temporary data loss or incorrect progress tracking.

2. No Guarantee of Perfection

We do not warrant the continuous operation, absence of errors, or the perfect grammatical accuracy of the AI-generated scripts. The primary purpose of this Pilot is experience validation, not commercial perfection.

3. Feedback Use

By participating, you grant Role-Role the right to collect and use your feedback, session participation logs, and testimonial data (anonymized or explicit with your consent) to improve the final commercial product.

4. Limitation of Liability

RoleRole shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in the Pilot Program, including those resulting from bugs, downtime, or technical errors. Your participation is voluntary.
