Refunds & Cancellation

This policy outlines the conditions for requesting refunds, canceling subscriptions, and applying the No-Show penalty, emphasizing the commitment required for our P2P Accountability model.

1. Cancellation by User

All sessions are based on mutual Buddy commitment and are purchased as a non-refundable package.

A. Advance Cancellation (Session Recovery)

  • You may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the start time and receive 100% session recovery for that scheduled time slot. (The recovered session slot must be used within the current package term).

  • The recovered session slot will be applied to your account and must be used within the current package term.

B. Day-of Cancellation and No-Show Penalty

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time will result in the forfeiture of the session credit.

  • A "No-Show" (failure to attend the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time) will also result in the forfeiture of the session credit, as this violates the Accountability contract with your Buddy.


2. Cancellation by Service (System or Facilitator Failure)

If a session is canceled by RoleRole due to system failure, platform error, or Facilitator unavailability, you will receive:

  • 100% session recovery for the missed session.

  • Our team will proactively work to reschedule the session within 24 hours.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are not eligible for a monetary refund:

  • Buddy Compatibility Issues: We offer a one-time free Buddy re-match, but not a refund based on personal compatibility.

  • Violation of User Conduct: Termination due to serious violation of the Terms & Conditions (e.g., harassment, IP infringement).

  • Incomplete Package: Partial refunds for unused sessions are generally not provided, as the service is sold as a committed package.
