1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or possess parental/guardian consent if legally required in your jurisdiction.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (SSO or otherwise). Account sharing is strictly prohibited.

• Session Commitment: By enrolling, you commit to attending scheduled sessions with your Buddy to uphold the Accountability core value.

2. Services Provided (P2P Social Learning Model)

RoleRole provides a subscription-based service offering:

• AI-Generated Script Access: Access to K-Drama style short-form scripts for Immersion.

• P2P Matchmaking: Automated matching with a Peer-to-Peer Buddy based on level and time zone.

• Facilitator Access: Sessions may include a non-certified 'Facilitator' to assist with conversation flow (not a traditional 'Tutor').

3. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Disrupt Sessions: Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abuse towards your Buddy or Facilitator.

• Infringe IP: Record, copy, distribute, or commercially use the AI-generated scripts or Role-Role course materials.

• Circumvent Platform: Attempt to solicit or conduct direct business with your Buddy outside of the Role-Role platform to avoid fees.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing: You agree to pay the subscription fee (currently $198 for the Pilot or $218 for the Standard 8-session package) upfront.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are subject to the [Refunds & Cancellation Policy]. Failure to adhere to the No-Show Policy may result in the forfeiture of session credits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including the AI-generated scripts, curriculum structure, Rolly character, and the Backstage platform design, are the sole property of RoleRole and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or binding jurisdiction within the laws of the Republic of Korea.
