• Identification: Name or Nickname, Email Address.

• Authentication: SSO IDs (Google, Discord, etc.) and Encrypted Password.

• Matching Data: Korean Proficiency Level, Preferred Content, Session Days, Session Time.

• Buddy Information: Your assigned Buddy ID and their public nickname/Discord ID.

B. Session and Usage Data

• Session Records: Date, time, duration, and Zoom meeting links of scheduled and completed sessions.

• Usage Logs: Backstage platform usage (e.g., last login, feature clicks, course viewing history).

• Communications: Records of communication within our Service (e.g., chat logs, if provided).

C. Financial Data

• Payment Information: Payment service provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) unique identifier and transaction history (amount, date). We do not store your full credit card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To facilitate access to your account and process payments.

• Core Matching: To match you with a compatible P2P Buddy based on your proficiency level, time zone, and goals.

• Accountability and Quality: To track session completion and provide feedback on your progress.

• Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and refine our AI-generated scripts and curriculum.

3. How We Share Information (Third-Party Disclosure)

We only share necessary information for the operation of the Service:

• Buddy Sharing: We share your Nickname and essential session schedule with your assigned Buddy to enable the P2P connection.

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors for essential services:

  • Supabase: Database and Authentication Management.

  • Zoom: Video conferencing platform for session delivery.

  • Payment Gateways: Stripe or PayPal for processing transactions.

  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics for non-personally identifiable usage statistics.

4. Data Storage and Security

We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Service. Data is stored securely on Supabase servers and is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) and end-to-end encryption for transmission.
